Terms & Conditions

1. Products must be properly packaged to avoid shipping damage. Products damaged in shipment shall be returned to the customer unrepaired. Shipping insurance claims shall be the responsibility of the customer. If required, MHL Computer Products Inc. can provide shipping containers, known as "shippers", at the cost of $15.00 per package.

2. Products will be shipped to;

The Specified RMA number must be identified on each product.

3. The repair services labor rate is $85.00 per hour, with a minimum fee of $85.00. Customer authorizes repairs, for both parts and labor, up to the authorization amount specified in the submitted online form. Repairs beyond the specified authorization amount shall require customer pre-approval prior to the completion of services. Product returned unrepaired shall be subject to the $85.00 minimum fee.

4. Customer agrees to pay all shipping costs.

5. All repaired products are covered by a comprehensive thirty-day warranty from the date of shipment from MHL Computer Products Inc. The warranty includes parts, labor, and shipping costs. It is agreed that the customer shall inspect and test all repairs promptly upon receipt of repaired products. Repairs outside of the warranty period shall be chargable.
